職涯諮詢師會協助個案從「內三角」（興趣/熱情、能力、價值觀）與「外三角」（產業、公司、職務）兩大面向進行自我探索與職涯規劃，協助個人找到最適合自己的職業發展路徑。透過深入討論，我們分享了自己如何發現熱情、能力與價值觀，並強調熱情與興趣的差異，以及價值觀對於職場歸屬感的重要性。也分享自身經驗，說明能力在職場上的定位與價值，以及如何透過生活與工作經驗發掘優勢。最後，強調「用心生活」與自我探索的重要性，避免盲目跟隨潮流，才能找到真正適合自己的職涯方向。

國際化公司或者大型公司會比較有規範或制度嗎？ 較高機率，是。
基本上外商公司應該是可以符合「國際化」的條件；如果要看台商，可以尋找產品有銷售到國外的公司。
至於公司規範，國際化的公司雖然福利制度可能比較完善，但是不見得國際化公司就等於有規範的公司，如果心中想要尋找的是「工作流程有規範」的工作，這個就很難講是「什麼類型」的公司比較符合。
自由意志是一個引人思考的哲學概念，它意味著我們有能力在沒有外在強制或內在必然性的情況下自主地做出選擇和決定。在日常生活中，我們每天都面臨著無數的選擇，但我們是否真的是百分之百按照自己的意願行事呢？當我們意識到身邊的潛在影響時，我們是否仍能依靠自己的意志做出真正自主的決策？自由意志並不意味著完全脫離外在影響的絕對自主，而是在了解和認識到這些影響後，仍然能夠做出自我認可的選擇。
為什麼該討論要不要跟隨別人的經驗來做事？
職場上常見的兩種工作態度：循規蹈矩和勇於探索。我們可以思考自己的能力和性格，適合哪種工作態度，以及學習如何在兩種工作態度之間取得平衡。
